Members In development

Every member on a card, showing current status and past-years history (dues, leagues, participation). We'll get here after the tournament tools are solid.

Tournaments

One card per tournament, grouped by year. Open a tournament to manage its roster, flights, scorecards & leaderboard, and to email everyone signed up. Formats carry over year to year, so each event can be reused season after season.

Course carts

The course's physical fleet + the members who lend a cart when the club rentals run out. Every tournament pulls from this list; edit here, not on the tournament workbook. Each cart card holds the shed / spot / power / special instructions so the pro shop can find it fast.

Member cart pool — folks who've offered to lend their cart once the on-site rentals run out. The Check-In cart-assignment dropdown on every tournament will list these entries after the rental threshold is hit.

Fund Raisers In development

Track fundraising drives and events — goals, donors, and totals raised (like the pavilion project) — with one place to thank contributors.

🔗 Join the Website Building Team

You don't need to be a "computer person." Our website is updated with the help of an AI assistant called Claude. You tell it what you want changed in plain English, and it does the work for you.

How our website is set up (the simple version)

One online filing cabinet. Every page, word, and photo on the site is stored in a project on a website called GitHub.
It updates itself. When a change is saved there, the live website refreshes on its own in a minute or two — nothing else to do.
Claude does the typing. You describe what you want (“add this photo,” “change the hours,” “add a new tournament”) and Claude makes the change in the filing cabinet.

How to become a contributor

Get Claude. On a computer, go to claude.ai/code — or download the Claude app from the App Store or Google Play.
Make an account. Sign up with your email. A free account is fine to start.
Ask for access. Email mcconnellentllc@gmail.com and tell us the email you signed up with. We’ll invite you to the F&H website project.
Accept the invite. You’ll get an email from GitHub — click Accept. That’s what gives Claude permission to make changes to our site (not just a practice copy).
Start helping. Open Claude, point it at the F-HGolf project, and describe what you’d like changed. Your change is saved and goes live automatically.

Access & permissions

To edit the website: you must be invited to the GitHub project (step 3 above). Until then, Claude can only look, not change.
For this staff portal: ask the owner for the portal password.

Quick how-tos. To add a Hall of Fame photo: drop a square photo in images/hof/ and swap that person's avatar for an <img class="hof__photo"> (or just send it to your web helper).
